GRADUATE WORK STREAM (SUBCLASS 485)
Temporary Graduate Visa is for the applicants those who have graduated from their specified course with skills and qualifications. And these are relevant to the occupation in demand in Australia. This visa has two categories: Graduate Work Stream and Post Study Work Stream.
ELIGIBILITY AND REQUIREMENTS
You must be under 50 years of age
You must hold a substantive visa
You should apply for this visa 6 months before the expiry of your student visa
You have successfully completed qualification relevant to an occupation on the skilled occupation list
For Graduate stream: You will need to apply for a skill assessment for your nominated occupation
For post graduate visa: your course must be CRICOS registered course
You will require to provide proof of appropriate health insurance when you apply
You must provide AFP clearance or proof that you have applied for one
Must fulfill required English language competency-PTE,IELTS or OET.
