Should have at least 65 points to submit an EOI (Expression of Interest).
Should have a relevant occupation stated in the skilled occupation list.
You must be under 45 years of age to be invited
Should have positive skills assessment in your nominated occupation
Should meet English language requirements.
You must be invited by the department to apply for this visa.
