INVESTOR VISA (SUBCLASS 891)

Investor visa is the second stage in order to apply for Permanent Residency. Applicant must be a holder of the Investor (Provisional) Visa (Subclass 162). This visa allows you to live in Australia along with your spouse or de facto partner. It is a Permanent Residency visa and allows you to travel multiple times in and out of Australia for five years. It also permits you to bring family members to study, work and live in Australia.

REQUIREMENTS:

You must be the primary holder of a subclass 162 visa.
You must have held a designated investment of AUD 1.5 million for at least four years.
You must have a genuine commitment to continue a business or investment activity in Australia.
You have been never involved in unacceptable business activities
You and your family members must meet all Australian health requirements.
You and your family members must meet all Australian character requirements.
Must meet all other business requirements.
