BUSINESS TALENT (PERMANENT) VISA (SUBCLASS 132)

• You must be nominated by an Australian state or territory government agency 

• Applicant must be invited to apply for the visa 

• You must meet the requirement of funding and assets. 

• Applicant must be under the age of 55 years unless exempted by state or territory.

For Significant Business History Stream: 

• Applicant must have nets assets  of at least AUD1.5 million. 

• Must have an annual business turnover of at least AUD 3 million for minimum of 2 of the 4 financial years immediately before you receive the invitation to apply. 

• Applicant must have at least AUD 400,000 of total net assets of as the ownership interest in one or more qualifying businesses for 2 years of the 4 years immediately before the invitation for application.

For Venture Capital Entrepreneur stream 

• You must be able to arrange funding of at least AUD1 million from an Australian venture capital firm. 

• You should have a genuine commitment for your involvement and maintenance of eligible business 

• You must continue to have substantial ownership interest in your business. 

• Applicant must meet all Australian health and character requirements.
